FISH MASTERCLASSThis is a full day class, and we use our supplier Flying Fish based in Cornwall and their fab day boat catches. This is a fish masterclass were we cover filleting, dealing with scallops and Mussels, flat fish and round fish. Producing some restaurant style dishes and understanding the perfect cooking of all fish. We will also be Hot smoking and curing on the BBQ outside.

They do their job!

The thickness and the strength of these plates is great. They’re not flimsy at all. I haven’t had any issue with their functionality since small plates are typically for desserts or snacks. The only issue I’ve had is that they tend to be stuck together a fair amount of the time. Before gatherings, I’ve had to separate the plates. Not a huge problem, just a little inconvenience imo.
