PBS Buffer TabletsPBS tablets are a time saving method of preparing Phosphate Buffered Saline for flow cytometry, ELISA, and Western Blotting. Avoid wasting time weighing various chemicals by simply dropping a tablet in water and stirring. One tablet prepares 100 mL of 1X PBS pH 7. 4 and may be adjusted as desired. I like these helped me organize my mess
