These punches have an ergonomic handle that can quickly swap out hole punch tips from 1 to 15 mm with the hand tightening of a thumb screw. The handle is solid steel with a nice weight to it that holds itself in place as you line up your punches. The punches are all hand polished in DC53 steel for great edge retention. The tips are all within tolerances of 0.

This melatonin gives me a good nights sleep. I thought it was 3 mg but it is not, my mistake! I take two of these because 3 mg doesn't do it for me. I sleep like a baby when I take these and wake up feeling rested.

Incredibly Helpful for Sleep & Not Hard to Swallow w/Water or w/o

I shouldn't be taking these due to certain medical conditions, but they taste like nothing, super effective - like I fall asleep within maybe 30-45 minutes - and I STAY asleep watch is a lot more than I can say for any other melatonin products that I've used. Again, I do have restrictions, so I only take them once in a while, but so does my roommate and he says the same. They're small enough to not be hard to swallow as well. I've recommended them to some of my friends and family and we're all in agreement. I mean, of course, consult your doctor first, but like, these have been one of the most helpful supplements for sleep which is super important to me
