By intercepting the breather hose from the valve cover this unit will accumulate and collect oil that would other wise end up as intake sludge. The lever controlled drain at the bottom makes emptying a snap and you'll know when it's necessary with the sight tube. Installation is easy and fitment is great with our included bracket and hardware specifically for the Cobalt
