Los Vecinos Del Campo EspadinLos Vecinos Del Campo Espadin Mezcal is made using locally grown and hand harvested agave. The sultry, smoky sweetness of this artesanal mezcal is created by slow roasting the agave hearts underground. The Pinas are crushed using a stone Molino, then naturally fermented in wooden vats, then double distilled using a copper pot still.
